"Look up from your phone" is too much to ask of neighborcattle.

I've noticed that the college kids that I see walking across my campus literally don't look both ways before walking because they are walking...

Telling black kids to not litter is already racist in America. Probably.

Considering the number of people I see not even bothering to use a crosswalk, even when there's one within sight, I'm gonna say yes.
