This is most likely the fella working under the moniker Redstir; and given how the content posted on the Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube, I believe this information is worth warranting a further look at, but may not be entirely relevant to the actual CP spammer.
I'll leave that to more dedicated researchers to determine if Mr Koshan has relevance to this, or is just a party of association that is edgy. If it found of no relevance, I'll delete this post.

That account is probably a fan. Redstir is friends with kevin. Redstir used to upload gore edits with anime girl dancing along splices of CP in said videos. To a tor only site called "tabularis" He would also upload videos of himself attacking and sexually assaulting homeless people. In one video conceals a knife a in a plastic bag and stabs a homeless woman. He currently deleting these videos as we speak from "tabularis".

Report it to law enforcement and focus on something that doesn't involve going directly to darknet child porn sites.
