Your character will talk when moving around, or giving commentary after certain events, but they don't have any voice acting during dialogue...

I hate that they cut epilogues from the game. It really make the game feel unfinished as I would like to know what happened to everyone after...

you don't wanna play lvl15 in 5e, there's a reason most campaigns cap off at 12-14. try solasta or zoria larian is plenty pozzed on their own...
