It does align with the "everybody is a pedophile" theory. Orphans that never get adopted stay in the custody of the state until they're an adult...

So who's going to have the time and energy to properly guide and protect these children if they don't get adopted? We don't need more...

I'd make an exception for Charlize Theron buying black kids to troon them out.
