All of these puppies need to be euthanized. That is not appropriate nor tolerable behavior. It's not being cruel, either; other breeds are culled...

Yeah, there's no salvaging that. Best you could do (without euthanasia) would be keeping them separated from other dogs their entire lives. Weird...
