Chances are good. Ol' Swipey here was in LA and at the Oscars the weekend before that, and would've flown back home to DC at some point...

My guy they're seperates, the scarf and top Arnt attached to the chiffon blouse. I don't know why there's doubt about whether she's truthfull...
