When you live a sedentary lifestyle, you should be bathing at least once every day.

I thought the norm was to bathe daily/nightly? Or at least once every two days.

If you question why you should attempt to bathe daily, you should DEFINITELY be bathing every day. "when I work out." Haven't we talked about...
