Most European number plates will have a little EU flag with an abbreviation showing what country it's from on it, the UK's is also fairly distinct.

Those are legit Florida plates. You can faintly see the orange in the middle, and the lettering is consistant. The dress though...thats 100%...

The c-class had Texas plates.
