Agreed. I think Stellaris in its current state cannot be recommended to anyone in good conscience. At a steep discount at best, and pirate the DLC...

Buy a subscription for the DLC via Steam for 1 dollar and write dozens of Steam reviews telling people how to pirate DLC.
