Keep up the exercise, and don't eat shit. It won't go down overnight, and muscle is heavier than fat. So I wouldn't focus that much on the weight.

Paradoxically, it's not gonna be easy, but then you'll look back and realize that it actually was. You don't need to starve yourself to do this...
