It was claimed the prisoner was some ISIS dude on /chug/. The Syrian Civil War was trying to show the niggers in Africa how to commit war crimes...

It's their war trophies. It seems that quite a lot of mercenaries are sicko's. Doesn't matter what country they're from or fighting for.
