Whoops. I mistook his axe wound in the surgery photo as some kind of smelly armpit and assumed the rest; ironically the reality is actually worse.

Also the patient had a colostomy for several months while this was going on, so I lost count of surgeries. Very affirming.
ETA the fistula...
