Bc there's no point in doing it. Cuba ain't gonna do shit to the US and other countries (rus/chi) don't really have a particular in basing troops...

Technically you're wrong, but yeah honestly kinda surprising they haven't properly attacked yet. Would seem like a much better target than Vietnam.
