No. I've seen Il-72s but no Tu-95s. Another reason I think they're low on PGMs.

They're used to launch cruise missiles much like th b52 they are defenceless and kept well away from contested airspace

They wouldn't risk strategic bombers into contested Airspace. Whatever is left of the UrAF could likely just BVR them.
