Here is my choice for Clip of the Night.

What a rant. This kind of rant cements why DSP is a lolcow. His level of entitlement was off the charts - no regular person would watch this clip and think to themselves ‘that’s a well adjusted adult.’

DSPs fans owe him absolutely nothing, and least of all, money. What’s hilarious is that DSP was speaking to his few actual fans in this rant; he knows the 80% of his attention is troll/observers who won’t tip, so he’s berating the only people who actually like him.

DSP is naturally toxic, narcissistic and greedy; on rare occasions the stars align where all three characteristics are on full display, turned up to the max. The rant was one of those occasions.

Anyways, between this and the SS hat fiasco, there’s been some funny moments lately.

Granted this is so he can do a begathon where he eats like the pig he is, but goddamn the entitlement was on full display. I'd be surprised if this isnt talked about in online circles like LSF

Sooooo, the twenty minute rant where he said that the fact he didn’t gain anymore subs this month was “bad” is actually not bad? Phil… I know you’re here… you are truly fucked in the head. Most people don’t believe anything you say already. If you keep this up, eventually you’re going to lose what few actual supporters you have left. Did you see your chat earlier? Several members were calling you out on your ungrateful ways. And, you can’t say something is one way, and then come back an hour later and say that it’s actually not that way… You’ve truly lost it.

Your delusions are just gonna get more and more complex until you TRULY aren’t even gonna be sure what’s real and what’s fantasy anymore. The cat’s really out of the bag now. You can twist it in your head as much as you want, but you were literally shitting on your actual fans because they aren’t living up to your ridiculous expectations. You better start counting your blessings and kissing their asses, because times are about to get even rockier for you… and you KNOW it… and that was the main reason behind tonight’s hissy fit. Hope your conscious is gonna be clear for your day off.

on the subject: I just listened to this rant recorded from AN "the googats" 1337 and Phil says on one moment "there are 300 of you in here and we only managed to get 234 memberships"
this bastard manages to hit almost the 1:1 viewer to cuck ratio, in fact during his gameplay he has more memberships than viewers. Guilt-tripping works, he knows it and that's why he does it.

and a little bit of contradiction for Phil.
during the end of his rant he says "I'm gonna ban some people. Who are you people, I never seen you here before? You come here insult me, do you think I care at all."
Even though a huge chunk of those viewers are trolls, he still appeals to them, check the previous paragraph, to pay for a membership.
Do you know what? He will guilt trip his fans again using this as a leverage "we had 300 viewers and nobody wanted to get a membership" although he acknowledged that many of them are trolls.

I'm actually (pleasantly) surprised Phil didn't hit the goal, I figured it was close enough some of the dedicated paypigs would just make a few sock accounts to sub. Guess it takes too much effort compared to just clicking a few buttons to gift sub like on Twitch.

While there was a lot of entertainment tonight, one of the funnier aspects to me is how little memberships should matter to Phil. Hell, most of the time he complains when people subscribe instead of tipping, he's only cared in the last few days because of some random arbitrary goal he set. He's needlessly making things harder for himself. Instead of tying the marathon to membership, just make it an extended tips goal. I bet it would have worked because it's easier for his dedicated paypigs to just tip more versus making new accounts to become members.

facebook gaming has gifted subscriptions, but the privilege is invitation only, and available only on mobile, maybe he should move his fat ass over there



facebook have billions invested into streaming, buying mixer and some exclusive contracts, and even they don't have regular gifted subscriptions, maybe mobile devices is where a large part of their viewership is so it makes sense for gifted subs to be mobile only

and right now, the only way to kinda "gift memberships" through youtube, is google gift cards, you'd have to purchase one and send someone the code and I think they're US only

even the retard ethan ralph managed to find a way to get his own subscription service, however his entire subscriber base got leaked and everyone got doxxed lol

conclusion: there's other options available for dave rather than sitting on his ass waiting for youtube/google to make a worldwide service available
