Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Oh damn, you're right. Looking back, you can see how flat it looks and right at the end you can see where he walks off around that corner is an entirely different place from the 'background'

I would say that it almost needs to be a dual presidency if he ever wants to be able to affect any meaningful level of structural reform in the federal government (and that's already counting at least some control over congress, that's how deep the doo doo is), but I don't think Trump's ego would let him not be totally the loudest one in the room.

Pence was that passive foil for Trump, and most people thought that he was an integral part of the team until he showed he wasn't. I would almost say that someone like Miller would have worked well- a cruel, silent snake in the grass, but one on our side.

Ultimately that person needs to know how to work the levers of Washington, while Trump draws away the blame; and they need to be able to disguise their primary objectives as secondary and tertiary effects.

They are literally just shooting randomly all over the fucking country JUST for Biden's ego because everyone thinks he's weak and doesn't have what it takes to go to war, cant believe so many lives are being sacrificed for fucking optics, then again they did cause this disaster when they moved the date to 9/11 instead of the agreed may 1st
