Pretty sure that women (& some men) who’ve had mastectomies due to breast cancer, can’t get insurance to cover procedure’s to even things out, etc. So, say they had a lump in one breast, which is often the case, they’d get a lumpectomy or mastectomy on that breast. Only if both have cancerous cells, tumor’s, & other infected tissue, will insurance cover the treatment. But a troon teenager (or any age) will get rush-job, completely cosmetic, removal of healthy tissue, insurance covered. Anybody who says, “it’s not a racket, conspiracy blah blah,” are doing a big time cope.

What’s really fucked up, is that women “of child bearing age” have an extremely tough time even getting approved for a tubal ligation, even if they swear they don’t want kids, more kids, whatever. (Child bearing age averages from 12-51, give or take a few years, but women under 30 are the ones who get shit & jump through hoops for tubal ligation w/ out something like endometriosis, as a Dx, etc.) However, you already know what I’m going to say about troon's & esp troonette’s, who get a tubal, hysto, & often vaginectomy at the drop of a hat. How? Did suicide bait really drive the troon med train, this far, this fast? The drugs they take also aide in vaginal atrophy, & severe, life threatening, complications due to ignored female repro systems. T is one hell of a drug. Estrogen is much more easily reversible. Bitch tit’s can be hard to lose, & I’m sure affect men afflicted w/ them just as much, if not more, than all the fake (& small bit of real) dysphoria. Insurance is fucked.

I’ve had breast cancer. I’m very young for it, turned out that genetically I was dealt a shitty hand. As a result no lumpectomy for me, both boobs had to go along with my ovaries or I was pretty much guaranteed to get fucked over by cancer again. I now have a weird, flat, nipple-less chest like a plastic baby doll and scars the same as those in the pics.

Both boobs don’t need to be cancerous for a double mastectomy, it’s pretty much standard practice for women who’ve been diagnosed with one of the known genetic faults that cause breast cancer as the risk is really high. Some go for reconstruction, but the results are often shitty so it’s becoming increasingly unpopular and many are going for what’s known as ‘aesthetic flat closure’ which give you a flat, smooth chest, this also prevents recurrences from hiding behind the implants. They’ll happily whip out your ovaries at any age, too, as the chances of them becoming cancerous are also eyewateringly high with these specific genetic faults and it’s a tough one to diagnose early. All this would be covered by insurance. Revision is often covered as well, because you can be left with ‘dog ears’ under your arms caused by extra skin. It’s difficult to get everything flat when theyre trying to scrape away as much boob tissue as possible on a patient who’s laying flat on an operating table. Aiden‘s don’t have this problem because there’s no need to remove everything.
Going by experience, and having to learn a lot about this type of surgery, I suspect the reason they’ve got no nips is because they had massive, saggy, boobs. If you’ve got small tits they can reposition the nipples without removing them completely first, which leaves some blood flow so they heal better (this is also what they do in reduction surgery, using what’s known as an anchor incision, one curved cut along the bottom of the boob, then a straight line up to the nipple). Removal and repositioning has a high risk of necrosis.

That insurance covers ftms lopping off their norks but not guys with unfortunate bitch tits is, quite frankly, scandalous.

As someone else said, those are 'nonbinary' surgeries that have been mislabeled as FtMs. I have no idea why insurance is covering 'nonbinary' surgeries but it makes the surgeons money so they are offered all over the place.

The result looks almost identical to the mastectomy a friend got a while back because she had a bad breast cancer gene and did not want a reconstruction. According to her, it is really not worth saving the nipples most of the time because they have barely any function/sensation, look weird, and are prone to dying and falling off.

I suppose the surgeons who used to do that have now relabeled the nipple-free surgery as 'nonbinary' and expanded their market.

The usual argument is along the lines of "if a cis guy can wear makeup or do drag and just be thought of a feminine man, why can't a trans man wear makeup or do drag without being told he's really a woman".

There was a trans man competing on the last season of drag race who made it to the final, and it provoked a lot of that discussion. Here "he" is as Paris Hilton

(Tbf he passes a lot better out of drag compared to most Aidens and usually does interesting nightmare clown makeup rather than glamour makeup, but still).
