Is anyone (less of a lazy asshole than I am) interested in doing some digging on Queencitydom (IG), Dominique De Silva of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada, who has been experiencing inexplicable and progressive neurological issues due to vaccine harm? Enough people have called attention to her that it seems pretty transparent that she is faking (badly acting), but I’m a bit curious about her.

Her IG is full of interesting inconsistencies.

Basically, she’s claimed that she has been vaccine-harmed and that she has developed progressive neurological damage....that didn’t emerge at first, in the beginning weeks of vaccination, but have intermittently completely disabled her over the past three months. None of her doctors could find anything wrong with her, so now she’s taking recommendations for Woo specialists and pay-to-diagnose practitioners.

When we last left Victoria, she was whining about how no doctor at the hospital would work with her because she’s just too complex. She also doubled down real hard on the freaky conjoined twin bullshit. In the first video here, she spergs about all the procedures the doctors plan to do because she’s so super sick with...possible appendicitis. Thrilling. In the second video, she explains that the doctors actually didn’t do anything and sent her home to deal with her excruciating appendix and whatever additional munchie illnesses and reminds us at the end that she’s gonna go to her CANCER CENTER GUYS because DONT FORGET she’s super rare and sick and even though she had her adrenal glands removed , she still has a PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA even though those are not generally cancerous at all. When someone calls her out on the fact that they are shoving all people close together and anyone in a seated position (not just a wheelchair) would have a similar experience, she of course throws out the ol’ ableism comment and suggests that she in a wheelchair would be ”more injured” than a freestanding person if someone fell on her. Presumably she’s referring to a wound to her ego, because the last time I physically saw this woman myself in person, she was walking around the parks just fine with no mobility aids, doing a full-on dog photoshoot while speed-walking, and has no limb injuries or progressive illnesses that would make her body more susceptible to injury. In fact, belted to a chair and the chair strapped to the floor probably makes her safer than the standing human sausages at Disney. Still unclear about what would make her more “injured” as a disabled person to be fallen on, maybe it would bruise her autism?

She also recently raced herself to the ED with unknown issues and then screamed at nurses and “had a meltdown“ because they put her in a shared room with someone who was waiting for a COVID test after she cited shortness of breath and respiratory distress as her complaints, herself. They moved her to another room, but were horrible humans inept at medicine, per munchie standard.

Seems like she has adopted “ableism” as a battle cry for “I don’t get what I want.”

How much do you want to bet the nurse was actually a patient advocate? I find it strange she is never hospitalized at thr hospital her neurologist has privileges at but will happily go to other area ERs and hospitals and than be upset she isn't getting the narcotics she so loves. (Please note: the hospital her neurologist is at has rooms that different from other area hospitals.)
