Though it's likely Bibi didn't date during the pandemic and followed rules regarding pods and such, it is very interesting that he is not seeing someone, even if only cultivating the relationship online. Because isn't one of the main reasons Chantal had to be so noble and let poor Bibi go is because he wants five babies and she cannot give him any? Bibi's the same age range as Chantal. Weird that a man within eye sight of 40 isn't doing his best to find a new companion to potentially grow a family with.
It's almost like maybe, even if he wanted kids, getting rid of Chantal had greater value than finding a woman young enough to still be fertile yet old enough that he didn't feel like he was babysitting on dates. It's almost like Bibi may actually not be as baby-driven as she reported, like maybe he made a comment about wanting a big family when he was in his 20s and may have adjusted his plans because people change over a decade. One might wonder if he would have stayed with a barren Chantal had she not been a worthless, dirty, lazy, self-absorbed, noisy, inconsiderate hog who refused to get her eating disorder dealt with or in any way plan a reasonable life with financial goals, vacations, family gatherings, etc. I remember how much Chantal's folks liked him. Playing cards with them at Thanksgiving while Chantal annoyed the dog, having actual conversations with them at the lake on Canada Day while Chantal annoyed the dog. He was more a part of her family than she was or is.
Had Chantal been a barren woman who wasn't Chantal-like, why do I get the feeling Bibi very likely would have ended up happy being an involved uncle to his siblings' kids and Natalie's potential offspring? I wonder if she's getting that feeling, too.
ETA: This is all keeping in mind that he's telling the truth. Were I Bibi I would bash my own dick with a brick before I let Chantal, a known stalker and psychotic, know I am dating someone. If she senses he is moving on, she will have him under surveillance faster than Nader can drain her bank account this weekend.
