Split the file up into 500MB parts through 7z and then upload each part to ZippyShare. Works well enough for the Scene, so it should almost certainly be reliable for this. I'd do it myself, but the 5GB MEGA limit is getting in the way. Another option is turning it into a torrent, but that's not really going to be a permanent solution unless someone wants to use their seedbox.
