Technically because it's not actual CP it's protected by the US First Amendment. The First Amendment covers porn, but real CP isn't protected because protecting kids from abuse is much more important than freedom of expression. The US Supreme Court has ruled that doesn't apply to stimulated CP as in loli amd shota because no actual children are being harmed, so it's technically legal. Regardless of what state laws Texas has, I'm sure she won't get in trouble because of the Supreme Courts stance on it. I think the US is the only first world English speaking country I can think of where loli and shota are legal.

That's a fair point. I guess what it comes down to is if his defender wants to argue an insanity defence, then they'd need to see his messages to examine if he knew what he was doing was wrong and tried to cover it up (which he totally did), in which case they might want to talk to Bella (who'd invariably drag Fiona into this). But I guess if they've got the evidence of the rape kit from Barb and no doubt Chris's own autistic admissions, plus the wire fraud, then they can just book him for that and the defender would tell him to take a plea bargain.

The only benefit for Fiona leaking the rest of the texts (well, besides scratching my own desperate thirst for additional info) would be to clear her name on the internet somewhat, as her name will be forever linked to this. But beyond "she's a weirdo who wanted to be Chris's gal-pal" and "she was a bit dumb and didn't realise Chris/Barb incest was actually rape", there's not tonnes to clear up right now, and I don't forsee Bella coming back out with more infodumps if her glowie parents have made her DFE and go to ground now it's blown up in her face.

True, but even though all of that may be true there's also a chance that there may be a shitshow if we are lucky enough to have a TERF/TROON war break out eventually, over where Chris will be sent. Cuz either answer will be wrong. If Chris ends up in a men's ward or a women's ward, the answer is always going to be wrong. I'm hoping that twitter erupts over it.

Probably the same reason why it's not technically illegal to draw extremely detailed and realistic drawings of completely non-real people getting murdered in horrible and graphic ways that would make Mortal Kombat characters say you're gone too far, even though if you did that in real life it's one of the most heinous crimes possible.

Huge part of why the stuff on Fiona seems bad, but somewhat distracting. Also why Bella was so enthusiastic to leak it to Gibi.

Fiona might be bad, probably is malicious in some way, but I honestly don't care all that much other than it being a bit more popcorn to consume. I think the way her stuff and the light it portrays her and Bella in seems suspect and a bit too convenient for Bella, but w.e

Whats more suspect is, we should be trying to figure out a) how long they or bella knew that Chris was motherfucking, as we suspect it to be the case that they knew earlier than tuesday,

and b) if Bella was sending CwC pedo/incest/cat fucking porn before all this.

As someone noted earlier in the thread, teenage girls are notorious for trying to mask their true intentions in order to be socially accepted with their peers; I'll add that autism, in women, often goes undiagnosed because autistic women ramp up the masking even harder than normie women. In her chats with Bella, Fiona tries to be all "maybe I can get him to stop fucking his mom at least", but would 'ironically' cosplay as Chris on Reddit and dance to Goodbye Horses on TikTok to make fun of Chris, but would then write flowery, gushy, romantic tripe about Chris elsewhere. Does she think she can help him? Is she just making fun of him? Does she really, truly have romantic feelings fo him? Was she just wanting to fuck him for clout? Her motivation for engaging with Chris changes depending on the audience.

The only thing I genuinely believe at this point is that Fiona has a fetish for gross, disgusting men (she admits this much) and that fucking Chris was a way for her to engage in that fetish the same way a foot fetishist does by sniffing feet. Anything beyond that, she's gonna have to clarify for herself.
