Haunted Dorm Roommate is one of the only "real life friends" she's boasted of having, she's bragged about having weekly scheduled phone calls with her. People speculated it could be "Mary" but that's unknown. I believe she was last mentioned when Stephanie freaked out about what nonbinary thing she could possibly wear to a waterpark roommate invited her to in summer 2020, many months before it ended up not happening due to COVID.
