I don't know if he smokes but besides that he does literally everything else you're not supposed to do while healing from major surgery. I'm thinking the dumb fuck wanted to prolong the bleeding because soiled pads get him off and he loves excuses to make people look at it, also saw potential lolsuits for "pain and suffering", but he underestimated how fucking gnarly it would get. He did sound surprised.

My main concern is the same as when I started believing he got SRS which is that messing with his physical sex drive might actually cause him to step up his disgusting predatory behavior towards young women and children because the mental thrill of behaving like that is the only thing that he still has. The soiled pads and frequent "examinations" seem to be holding him for the time being, but I think his behavior just might continue to escalate once the novelty begins to wear off. At least he is dumb enough to go around looking like a massive fucking blob of half sentient grease that dresses like a clown hooker with Down's so even kids likely know to cross the street and avoid him.
