Highly probably for me. I won't be 100% until there is a connection of a David Ginder and living in Japan. Or, a dead Ginder coming from Japan.

Byuu's business card links him to a Columbus, OH area code and he claimed previously to have a husband - which would tally with David Ginder owning a house in Hilliard, Ohio (10 miles away) and being married to Patrick. Coupled with the uncanny resemblance that's 100% for me, we just don't know where David Ginder went after 2018. That could either be because he moved to Japan as Byuu claims, or he moved elsewhere in the US and didn't register to vote.

I think there's a possibility for somewhere in the vicinity of Jersey City NJ because that was the distribution centre his SNES cartridges were sent to back in 2017, so it would make sense for him to have some sort of link to the area, possibly staying with family. David's Whitepages makes reference to Alan L Ginder in Jacksonville FL in his 60s as a relative (presumably father) and there's an Alan L Ginder in his 60s in Bloomfield NJ (10 miles from Jersey City); it's feasible this is the same Alan who's just showing up with a different middle name, but that is a bit tenuous.
