I don't think it is him, unless Byuu got facial reconstructive surgery, or the picture he emailed he emailed to Josh is old. I dumped the photos from his husbands FB page and it looks like David Ginder has a scar on his cheek. The photos were dated 2010.

One of the photos is flipped. Presumably the one he uploaded on Twitter cause he used the selfie cam. Flip it around and you'll see he has the same mole on his cheek and his nose has the same shape.

No scar but he's smiling in the old one which crumples his face. Wouldn't be surprised if he put makeup on to look "smooth" while tweeting about suicide.
