For people out of the loop, Byuu uses the character Near from Death Note and also uses the same name.

For the record, I think it's important to say that Near was pretty much hated by most of the fandom for have little to no personality, doing jackshit for the majority of his screen time, and for causing the ending to be one of the biggest asspulls in anime history. I'm not kidding when I say it's been over 16 years and people are still mad at the faggoty-ass albino.

Also, he was played by a woman in the live action tv series, and was a mentally ill schizo who had a split personality in the form of a ventriloquist doll version of Mello, another guy from the series who dresses like a fag. This version also dressed up like said fag because of his split personality. No, I'm not kidding.
