I've listened to a few of his videos as background noise; nothing special. Generic true crime YouTuber who covers popular topics most of us are already familiar with like the mysterious Elisa Lam death and whatnot. Basically like That Chapter, only English instead of Irish.

Agreed, I mentioned that he’s generic in my post. But please give this video a chance. It’s about some weird autistic fuck that has a fantasy world much like CWCville that he expresses on his YouTube channel before committing an awful crime. He’s definitely a good lolcow I wish you guys would give It a shot.

The guy obsessed with the ghost bitch is old news and a staple in every murder case youtubers catalog. But okay, I can watch it to refresh my memory.

Oh, yeah, I'm quite familiar with Randy Stair and the Weis Market massacre: I remember hearing about it as it happened, as I had friends in Pennsylvania and they knew what Weis Market is. Plus I saw Metokur's Internet Insanity video about the whole Ember Ghost Squad thing.

His style is pretty enjoyable, too bad he's wasting it on cases that have been covered a million times, I'd watch his stuff for white noise but I've literally heard all these cases so many times I don't care. I respect his approach to talking about victims though.

Yeah, a lot of these true crime channels do that. As other people in this thread and myself have pointed out, do we really need yet another fucking video about Elisa Lam's death or the Dyatlov Pass incident? I'd be much more impressed if they covered obscure topics no one really talks about, or better yet...unsolved cases that got very little media coverage. If they did the latter, it would help shed more light on missing persons and unsolved murders.

That's why I unironically enjoy ThatChapter, dude might be spergy sometimes but at least he goes out of his way to cover obscure stuff. If he can pump out multiple videos a week about cases no one's ever heard of, I expect other true crime channels that upload once a month to put in a little more effort instead of making the 487526th video on Elisa Lam.

If you were on here when it happened, you would know about it as well, there was a thread making fun of him that lasted a little bit.
 
Haven't ever been to Yellowstone, but I'm truly horrified. At the fact the paths isn't fenced in all the way. What if you slip, or if some asshole pushes you over the edge? Argument about it wouldn't be the wilderness anymore is bs. Because there are already fenced in paths partway. Those fences are completely fine and you have to actively climb over them.

If I were the sort of person advocating for more safety measures, I'd just spam the grisly photographs of burn injuries to the people pushing to keep the boiling death pools more "natural". But I'm not because being outside is for losers.

I actually hadn't heard of Tatsuya Ichihara or the Stephen McAfee cases before his video on it. Or maybe I did and just forgot. Either way, agreed about how he talks about the victims and does a small "in memoriam" at the end of the video. More crime YouTubers should do that, especially if the death was brutal or senseless.

This shit is exactly why we're surrounded by fucking idiots right now, you understand that right? We really shouldn't have to put "do not drink" on bleach, if yokels want a mineral bath have at it. Overpopulation and all that I thought.

I know, and it could give us more clips to watch in the people die-thread. I'm not really saying it out of concern for others, but for myself. I would be completely okay with no safety measures, if there wasn't for other people there.

KyoAni fire was very well known if you were in weeb circles, but yeah the Stephen McAfee case was new to me too
