Vic reinforces a point he made back in the fees/sanctions hearing: Lemwaaah tried to angle the narrative that Vic brought his lawsuit to silence (or SLAPP) people. He notes that the attacks started mid January, and the actual lawsuit was not filed until April. No TROs, no injunctions, nothing.

That lawsuit only came up when the abuse became unbearable.
