I was curious, and it appears there is no potty training requirement for kindergarten in California. It’s a “no child left behind”-type thing; they can’t deny a child access to education.

If teachers are not allowed to touch a child, sure, but can such children be accepted if they indeed can change themselves?

The issue is, the kids oftentimes aren't developmentally delayed. Their sole issue is being neglected by their lazy parents, which in turn causes them to be delayed. And the only appropriate place for kids who can't toilet themselves is the sped class - and God help you if you tell the lazy abusers this. Ain't nothin' wrong wit their baby, nuh uh, you do your fuckin' job an' teach mah baby the toilet!

But a dog always returns to their vomit, and so Ryann Maegan Hoven Brady refuses to teach her son a damn thing. Rylee trained hisself, why can't Bowie? Never mind that Rylee had Nana Beth to start the process, and depending in when his especially supportive step-dad entered his life, he was probably able to complete his basic life skills training with his help. Perhaps I'm being autistic, but it would make sense for her sugar daddy to come with her to buy the car, right? After all, I'm sure that Tess has shit credit, and any place short of the most scammiest would allow her to just purchase a new car. So, I feel that he took that photo of her and Bowie, because after all, the car dealership would need him to come in person to co-sign.

Also interesting to note, in the trashy tik tok videos, the person filming is a male, because in one of the videos you hear a male voice. However, it's never revealed who the mystery man is, which would make sense if he's her sugar daddy, and wants to be kept out of view. I believe he also speaks in the video where Bowie is featured, and he stays in the backseat in all the videos, I think to make sure that he doesn't ever get in the shot.

Hm...so he does go out in public sometimes with Tess, though I'm sure there is no physical contact at all on these outings. Which might be why Tess was bitching about men who will fuck her, but not show any affection in public. She's such a narc and shit talker that even money won't keep her from blabbing.
