regular cosmetic surgeries (like fake boobs) are already considered optional vanity projects, not serious medical issues. now when you consider that tranny surgery is similar, except way more invasive and with much more brutal side effects and long term complications, it really begs the question why the hell insurances and public health systems ever included this fuckery in the fist place
