Another thing I think of. If troonism peaked and met its eventual demise (I actually think that we haven't really got to the peak yet due to all the insanity that are getting rolled out nonstop today). - Will secondary masculine characteristics be finally 'normalised' in women? Due to the illusion of troonism falling apart, but we will still have to deal with former FtMs who are going to have the effects of T for the rest of their life... and they're actually more common than you think amongst the younger generations who are going to have at 40+ years ahead at them.
Of course these things will mark them as a former troon, because they came from an era where those things are strictly gender-related. (and in a rare occasion, sport-cheating related) but I say it in a sense that those characteristics won't be seen as a male thing anymore because people learned to clock them and realise troonism is bullshit. They'll just be women who has been on hormones, that's all.
And perhaps some women in the future will go on T to dope for sports performance, aesthetic reason or other things that are not gender-identity related? It'll be just a body modification and that's all its worth. This doesn't make health effects went away - but there's none of authentic self mysticism left in it anymore? Just like how dresses were inherently more encumbering to wear for women, and many professions barred women off from participating - now it's completely fine for women to wear trousers or to work in traditionally masculine labourious jobs. And perhaps it would become a thing for some women to physically masculinise themselves for the same reason that in a faraway future people might chops off their body parts to have it replaced by 'better' cybernetics.

Not to victimize myself along with all other women, but I empathize with your sentiment because I've spent my entire life being harassed and talked down to by men; and I now have the unique opportunity of being harassed and talked down to by men in dresses claiming that they know what being a "real" woman is better than I do.
I can sort of understand the notion that gender is not a hard-and-fast line (e.g. there can be men who exhibit stereotypically feminine traits and vice versa). It is also a fact that gender is, to some degree, performative. But then why does liking makeup and dresses and ~ girl shit ~ make you a woman? If gender is a spectrum, can you not just be a man who likes feminine things? Aren't you reinforcing a gender binary by saying, "I like dresses and feminine things, therefore I am a woman"? It reduces women down to their appearance and interests, which, of course, biological males just don't get. All MtF troons do is try to be women by acting how they, themselves, perceive women: sexual objects. It's deliciously offensive, really.
I know I'm a moron for even typing out these questions/thoughts, because most troons are just AGP freaks with <insert other nasty fetish here> and don't actually care about being logically consistent. But I hope we can some day realize how retarded this shit is.

I believe that hormone blockers can result in a child growing taller than they normally would because hormones also signal to your body that it's time to stop growing. This was a known side-effect of eunuchs being castrated at a young age because the epiphyseal plates don't close. In fact, it was even used for livestock, capons were roosters who were castrated in order to encourage them to grow larger.

Yep, dunno about humans but male livestock often grows bigger when its castrated. Male horses gelded before puberty will grow about 1/2 an inch taller than if they were left intact as stallions.

Hope you guys don't mind me posting a personal lolcow who I used to hang out with last summer during protests before I realized how much of a farce it was.
I occasionally check up on his Facebook because he clearly trooned out because of his white male guilt, he never posted as often before he trooned out so this is almost always a performance, and it's quite funny to see how badly woke he is and how much he tries to be holier than thou. Also, he's a trans lesbian with a catgirl picrew on Facebook because he doesn't pass of course. Yesterday he posted this:

Love how some say "it's not a rule, it's a suggestion!", others say that we have other social rules too, and other say "well it is a suggestion but if you don't I'll break your kneecaps". There's also evidently some complexities with PBs. Having no primary sex hormone definitely ultimately makes you taller, but in the short run it slows your growth rate. Estrogen also makes you shorter by expediting the closing of your growth plates. So, the actual effect on your height is going to depend on your growth pattern or whatever you want to call it. If you're someone like David Robinson who grew 5 inches from 18.5-19.5 years old, then you'd end up shorter, because of having a massive and very late growth spurt. However, some men are basically done growing before 16 which is when they get CSH under the Dutch protocol. So, maybe if you grow more early then it makes you taller, but not otherwise as in this case your growth plates would stay open for longer thus doing enough to compensate for the slowed growth rate. I know clinicians seem to believe (e.g. the endocrinologist who saw Susie Green's boy seems to think that he was shorter than predicted; Jack's 5'10-11) that it stunts growth over-all, but that's only true, because you give them estrogen.
There's also a question of what interrupting puberty does, do growth plates keep fusing? Do you keep growing taller at an increased rate? This is a interesting question, since most eunuchs/castrati etc. are castrated before puberty whereas many kids put on PBs go on them at 13/14.
