If ever we do see a mass of transsexuals de-transition, he'll probably become far more insular and dependent on those transsexuals who maintain their transitioned state. However, that number will likely decrease over time, causing him to become even more insular and hostile to normal people. Eventually he'll probably spiral into a depression as the reality of this hypothetical situation hits him (i.e., that he's becoming a dying breed of degenerate). For if you no longer have anyone to confide in--to find pleasure in--who looks like you, then you're left alone. It's my hope that, if this did happen, that Kevin would eventually see the writing on the wall and decide to de-transition and assume something of a normal life. However, it's entirely possible he'll simply die in his sin, as he goes against the tide.

So I know enough trans people that I can sort them into two groups.
First you got those who hate their dysphoria, they want to be cis, but aren't and really don't like it since not being cis makes their lives worse due to the effect on their mental health.
When they don't go total self destructive loathing spiral they tend to make the most convincing attempts to pass whenever possible. Focusing on top surgery if they go under the knife, followed by cosmetic surgeries to adjust their facial structure and reduce their Adam's apple. Beyond that they are normally passing by using subtle make up, focusing on shaving if they are MtF, and doing whatever they can to not draw any attention to their biological sex and paying special attention to secondary gender tellers like clothing, how they walk, and shit like that. They also tend to wear baggy clothing to hide their body if they can't find a way to make it pass, wearing hoods to hide their face in public if they are bad at getting that to pass. You know, they either seek to pass best they can, or they seek to hide their gender in its entirety if they can't.
When it comes to other troon behaviours other than attempts to pass... you normally spot them when they flinch, but otherwise stay quite, when misgendered, they might quietly correct a friend, but I've never seen someone who hates their dysphoria troon out. The other trait I've noticed is they tend to have not interest in having sex. They might indulge in porn, but from those I've talked with they even avoid masturbation because it makes them uncomfortable to pay attention to their genitals in anyway, a common thing they've said regarding that is "I wash them when I need to and do all I can to not touch them or look down the rest of the time. As for fetishes, they seem to all become voyeurs first and foremost, likely because they don't want anything that concerns their own bodies being naked or their genitals being involved. Its almost like gender dysphoria is causing them actual discomfort or something. I used to be FWB with one such individual, they we FtM, but they were very insistent that we only do anal, that I always be on top, and I always do them from behind so if they looked at me they could look over their shoulder and not catch sight of their groan in in the process.

As a result of these observations I've decided that if they draw attention to their trans status (other than as a polite "please, I'd prefer it if you did this, thanks." when they know you more personally), they probably just have a fetish and not dysphoria. People who truly suffer from mental illness don't like their illness. They don't like their condition. They are suffering. They are trying to find a way out, find a cure, something that will make it so that they don't need to say that they "have X" anymore, or at the very least, find a way they pretend they don't have it at all anymore. Troons like KevKev have a fetish, that is all it is, and their fetish is about gender, and they become so hyper sexualized that everything becomes about that fetish, and therefore they inject gender into everything.
