holy fuck he looks exceptional, like phil's retarded cousin that legally cant be within 20ft of children.
Doing the Nier raid in XIV requires you to be max level and do all story patches. Even if you buy the best boost, that still means a whole expansion worth of story quests plus 4 patches.
There's 0 chance of it.

I hate that you're right but you're also not correct at all. In FFIV he would never, but I bet you money that if it was Yakuza themed Phil would be the last person on Earth streaming that mfking game to be able to do it. He milked Yakuza: Like A Dragon like that bitch owed him money. A month of GRIND STREAMS just to fail on the last level WITH ONE ATTEMPT, and then try and persuade the audience to watch him grind another month to attempt again. Absolutely painful time to watch DSP sometimes.

Honestly, Anonymouse delivered the tea as he promised so he's alright in my book. I know most of the regulars aren't really that into streaming culture, but trying to become a big name fan/janny in a community then doing your own stream spinoff isn't unheard of. A lot of people would say that's the whole point. Kekon and Popsicolo certainly went that way with the Phil simping before. Yeah Anony's op was really, really high effort if he really just went undercover for 3 years... I personally think he just walked into Phil's as a mild fan, then became disillusioned and probably resolved to spill the tea eventually. Regardless of what he says, I'd have a lot of trouble believing that someone REALLY commited to a 3 year long internet takedown. If he really did, well fuck, it's his time, just as much as OiC is a fucking fool for throwing that much money at Phil, but in the end people are free to do that sort of dumb shit.
TL;DR: Phil used to be shit at games and there was some entertainment value in there, even if you would never support him on principle. There also wasn't much point in hating the guy. When you're that bad at games, your opinions just don't hold much weight.
In the biggest brained of plays, Phil decided to gradually shift out how shit he is at games by picking and choosing what he plays and sticking to children's games, and start instead showcasing how much of a shit PERSON he is. This isn't a story about the most ironic professional gamer in the world any more, it's the story of a bumbling, shameless scammer who specifically targets retards and children (And retarded children) and his eventual (
) comeuppance.
With how obvious the scam is getting, and how relentless he is about it, I wouldn't be surprised if he eventually gets the attention of one of those scammer takedown youtubers.
After years and years of Phil uploading videos to YT immediately after his streams, he's now unpartnered. This could very well be over the doxing, in which case Anony has come the closest to doing any sort of damage to Phil's career in eight years of detractor circles, some of which existed purely to take Phil down. I think clean detractoring is more respectable, I.E detractor videos, TIHYDPs, doxing guildmates, all that jazz. But any real damage has to come from ops. It's just the nature of the beast. Phil couldn't give any less of a fuck if hundreds of his guildmates get doxed and ridiculed for their gacha addiction. However, a tell all by Leanna would utterly destroy him. And of course, Leanna had to actually move in with Phil and presumably fuck him.
It's obviously not worth it, but if that's how someone wants to spend their time and then spill the beans on what they gathered, it's their decision. Actively following Phil in general is a ridiculous timesink. Two streams a day, filled to the brim with autistic remixes, breaks, stalling, Phil straight up getting off his chair and fucking off to do something else/fiddling with his phone live. He literally puts out more content a day than the free time an average dude has. And it's 50% chaff by weight: The amount of breaks and stalling is truly outrageous.
And it's not even like his streams, when he's actually playing, are amusing in any way any more. I mean, have you seen NiOHOHOOOR: RepliLALALAAAAnt? Easy as fuck game played on normal, peppered with ear piercing sniffs n' snorts, trash tier sing-along over a somber, serious soundtrack that makes the whole experience jarring, gameplay that is ass enough to be annoying but not ass enough to be entertaining, and some chill begging here and there. Struggling with puzzles made for literal children. Slap 45 minutes breaks every hour and a half of actual gameplay, throw some stalling here and there for flavour and balance and there you have it: Literally the most unwatchable dude on Twitch, seductively snorting in your ear so you give him your money. The night streams at least tend to be less of a break/stall-a-thon, but even Phil at his best as a streamer is god awful.
Yung Pigroach the youtuber played games in a timely manner, was awful, and uploaded a ton. If you wanted to see some videos you could, at your own pace, rather than on Phil's schedule. This sort of convenience worked squarely in Phil's favour, because he's just too damn lazy to work through an entire stream. He can't even be fucked to try at games any more. He just mashes buttons, chugs heals, and expects things to work out. When they don't, he ragequits at the first sign of trouble. And it somehow is the cult's fault. I don't recall anyone asking for Yakuza to get sent to chaosrealm, at least not AFTER the grinding was done and we were doing the fun part. I recall a lot of people who opposed a month of stupid-ass grinding on Yakuza, but that happened anyway. If this was Yung Pigroach, you could have just skipped every grind part, jumped straight to the pussy ragequit, and had a laugh. Phil literally wasted a month of his viewer's time, many of which became invested in that playthrough only to bail at literally the first sign of trouble... And it was BECAUSE HE MISPLAYED ONCE. ONE TIME. If the game's not literally made for children, forget about it. Even then, savestate use/difficulty drops/guides are allowed by default. Bonus bosses and tough encounters are promptly skipped by default.
Even this very thread has become a discussion of Phil's new lows when it comes to begging. Phil discarding his accidentally entertaining persona for a supposedly mature, grown up, knows-better type of respectable Suburban Cat Dad, while refusing to cut back on the begging has just brought attention to that. Phil's not a streamer any more. He's a professional scammer, not even a good one, a beggar, and an autistic cult leader. There's just no shitty ahnline khamboes, pattern play, or struggling with simple tasks to distract us from that fact any more. Phil is attracting new, more hardcore haters (Superhound and his merry band) and that trend is only gonna increase with the potential shift to youtube and unyielding grand cuntery that he keeps showcasing in almost every stream.

Phil opened tonight talking about how he and Kat were in a 'rush', and so Phil ran out to 'get something quick for dinner'. So, fast food. Also... a rush? Why, because he was 3 minutes late clocking out of Nier?
A nice $50 tip from MyaTheBeez slid in as Phil was talking about Phil eating out for no apparent reason, which is good because we need to cover this impulse spending.
You'd think a guy who just lost his Twitch partnership would dial back the spending and maybe try to save a little on economical meals.
Phil is now also dropping a massive retcon. He 'almost splurged' earlier this year and 'upgraded' his setup with a new chair and laptop. He's glad he chose to focus on his taxes. Now he isn't sure when this can happen without the partnership. He needs to cut back on his spending now.
- He has said since January that he wasn't going to get these upgrades until taxes were cleared and he now has a new excuse as we move past the taxes (sure enough, he moved the upgrades out to 'maybe' the end of the year)
- His income has currently increased in the last week, and had increased in the month before that
- He just talked about spending on fast food when he could have saved money by properly planning meals
- He had to beg for the tax money, he didn't budget for it, and that tax narrative never got a proper conclusion (he is supposed to still be begging for the taxes but they have mysteriously disappeared now that there is a new narrative)

I'd also like to note the mysterious disappearance of chargebacks from Phil's streams. They were once so prominent and so harmful to Phil that they completely negated the $30k he made from the Vest Streak, and now they just...aren't happening anymore.

It dawned on me that phil has a pc, why doesnt he play pc games considering that:

He has troubles playing games con console. He's too much of a retarrrrrr to play anything on PC.
Besides I think he's still using that shitty PC a wheelchair built for him that uses some server processor. It's ancient at this point, and you also have to add the perfomance hit from running his equally ancient streaming setup.

Do you know the 3K lemon lore? Essentially his PC is $3k, but DSP thinks that expensive == better. He bought a server PC, not a gaming PC.
So basically, actual new releases wouldn't be able to run on his PC at all when streaming.

His original reason: Games aren't made to be played hunched over in a PC chair, squinting at a tiny monitor, looking like some fucking nerdlinger instead of a couch/console chad.
The current reason: Phil's computer couldn't handle streaming Crysis on max settings, at 1080p, 60fps, without chugging. The fact that he has done this since with other games is irrelevant.
The truth: Phil is incompetent.
On the stream, Phil is telling his story about working for Wells Fargo. In this story, he got into an argument with his manager about their predatory practices. Phil suspects the guy got a 'bug up his ass' and tried to run him out.
Please note, this is, shot for shot, exactly the same as his story about working at Best Buy, where he also stood up to his manager and got railroaded out of the company.
