If I was attempting to be impartial, the case boils down to one argument.

The prosecution claims that Chauvin is guilty of murder if he is even 1% responsible for Floyd's death.
The defense claims that Chauvin is only guilty of murder if he is 100% responsible for Floyd's death.

That is the best way I can try to explain what actually happened at the trial and closing remarks impartially.

I could be wrong because I have not been watching the trial live. But from what I have seen it looks like the main thing the prosecution is saying is that Chauvin is guilty even if what he did did not physically kill him because of his refusal to give aid.
