sad that the judge had to deny the defense request to get the prosecution to provide a reason for not giving immunity.
i see the legal rationale, but I think even the judge realizes that its bullshit, but his hands are tied
 
All the most retarded police shootings come from women. I remember a while ago where a cop entered a man's home, thinking it was hers, and shot him dead after he startled her. This is less dumb than that, but is in the same ball park.

Yeah, well, the "women can be police officers too!" genie is never going back in its bottle, so might as well get used to it or think of a way to mitigate it.
 
It seems pretty bullshit that Hall’s interview can’t be submitted because it lacks “trustworthiness” but Dr. 41% can tell us to smoke without consequences.
