They did a 20 year follow-up study on kids diagnosed with gender dysphoria (not given puberty blockers or hormones). Only 12% had persistent GD or in truscum terms "stayed trans" and 88% of them didn't. Most of them were gay. There are other studies showing similar but this one is the longest I think.

It's one of the depressing things I see over and over in this thread. You look at these kids or young adults in their before photos. You can tell they would eventually grow up to be good looking. Then you look at the "after" photos and it's criminal to see what they've transformed themselves into.

Reminds me of "Noelle" , a friend of Jazz Jennings that trooned out. He was a popular jock and a decent looking young man. You could tell by looking at him that if he had given himself a couple of more years to grow up, he would have matured into a handsome man.
