I’m not very knowledgeable about skin conditions, but with a filter like that I assumed everything would be flawless and airburushed. But this is what I see -

To me it looks like pigmentation and bumps all over. All of those little imperfections from not using sunscreen and never exfoliating.

It's probably just compression artifact in the screencap itself. Her skin is indeed pitted, but this kind of filter always smoothes out everything that isn't eyes, nostrils and lips.
