So I'm watching the Tommy C's SFTP steam on this and they've noted that every time someone goes after Ralph he basically shrugs them off, and even when they have three people on him he won't go down.

Supposedly the 5'1" report on that one arrest warrant isn't correct. But I bet gravity has cost him a couple inches since then. He may actually be approaching that 5'1" height. His extreme obesity is certainly putting extreme pressure on his spine and other joints. This causes the rest of his body to fall closer to the center of gravity. Because he's fat.

So that 5'1" height may have been incorrect at the time, but as time goes on, he approaches that height. He is obviously nearly as wide as he is tall, you can see it in this video. He's obviously a manlet, and angry about being a manlet, and he's obviously losing inches of height every year.

So I'm just going to claim he's 4 foot 9 from now on, like a munchkin from the Wizard of Oz. Because apparently it really pisses him off.
