I think a lot of theses posts are fake, and/or meant for social engineering-- there's a huge push by the media in general to force women and girls into kowtowing to men's deranged kinks, no matter how horrific and self-destructive.
They want to slowly brainwash women into thinking "well, if other women are allowing their partners to do this and are 'standing by their troon', I have to do it, too!"

If you have a complete hysterectomy with everything removed, including your ovaries, you go into menopause. So yes. If she's done that at 15 she can and is, if she wakes up in a few years time and realizes she's made a terrible mistake she will have to get estrogen injections in order to produce female hormones to counteract the effects of no longer naturally producing them herself which will include;
  • Vaginal dryness
  • Hot flashes
  • Chills
  • Night sweats
  • Sleep problems
  • Mood changes
  • Weight gain and slowed metabolism
  • Thinning hair and dry skin
  • Heart Palpatations
Ovary removal is also thought to have some possibly very serious negative side effects on health.

A literal child has made this decision and it's being celebrated.

This image belongs in an art museum. Without any words, I can understand this whole man's existence, and what lead up to this point. The coins show that he's greedy enough to keep nickles and up, but rarely keeps pennies. The stains show that he's a mess, but he just doesn't care. The wet carpet in the bottom corner shows how infrequently he washes his towels. The lack of TP tells a thousand words, with just how it's the cardboard tube that most certainly has been on there for a week or two. The old iPhone elicits a feeling that he's afraid to let go of his past, and isn't committed to fully being a tranny. The odd lighting arrangement accentuates his flaws, but he realizes it.
