It does seem like he is their arms dealer, and if so he might also be selling weapons and such to Antifa. He certainly types like a middle class white American man or possibly woman.
But I can't decide if he is a true believer or just a soulless grifter who saw an opportunity to sell shit to unstable morons with too much money, consequences be damned.
