Isn't that basically the definition of Munchausen? The girl who sued (I think) the NHS because they didn't give her proper information about gender surgery wasn't doing it for clicks and views: she was actually confused and these people confused her even more. Natty had wanted to be trans since the beginning because she wanted to be part of the fad due to her beliefs. I am sure this kid saw trans people as hero-victims and she wanted some of that too, which is a bit of the basis for Munchausen behavior: "look how I suffer, poor me, I'm so brave".

Depends on how long she was on testosterone for + her personal reaction. Most see growth max out at like 4 years, some keep growing for up to seven years, some see explosive growth in the first few months.
