Who the fuck eats like that? Seriously, every time I think I can't be more horrified by this cunt, she posts herself stuffing food into her mouth with both hands. The thousand yard stare really pushes this into the realm of unintentional horror.
Yeah, but she'll justify making fun of someone else's appearance by insisting that they started it. She stands up for herself, you see. She has zero concept of taking the high road or being the bigger person (snerk). And we know she has no problems rolling around in the mud (double snerk).
But we know this. She's a complete waste of resources. She has the intellect of a five year old and her mentality is preteen, at best. No wonder she's done this to herself. Judging by how her teeth are piss-yellow these days and her gums are inflamed as fuck (not to mention the fact that her front teeth have literally fused together due to tartar and calculus on the backs) I wouldn't be surprised if this was true.

I wish I could go back and check when she was first told she was diabetic. She mentions these things during her 6 hour lives and they become untraceable.

I wonder did Doctor Chins actually starve herself from her midnight cheese snack at 1am through to her appointment at 1pm the next day in order to obtain a fasting blood sugar level, of course telling her GP she had eaten breakfast as normal.
Would be a sneaky way to beat the official diabetes diagnosis for another few months, and could definitely explain the ravenous hunger of devouring two fast food meals in succession on release from the appointment.

Except she's referring to her A1C levels, which are a reflection of the average blood sugar over three months. This seems to come up a lot in this thread, but the A1C test is NOT the same as a fasting glucose. I get that people might not know this offhand, but we talk about this every few pages. Come on, now.
Also, she had this bloodwork done ages ago and only now got around to going in for the results. So what she ate in the last 12 hours is completely irrelevant.

Horrifying how she likely can't feel it with all that stretched skin. Our bodies aren't designed with nerves for our first, second, third and fourth chins.
Watching that crumb get crushed by her neck fat really emphasised just how uncomfortable her body must be. I know a lot of farmers are perpetually horrified by it but I can't be the only one to have got used to her huge deformed head and many arm rolls, where it only becomes shocking when she's next to somebody (think Peetz in his toddler chair while she looks twice his si- oh, wait) or doing normal people things. Sitting in front of the fridge is not included in the latter, hence the desensitisation.
