Studies have found that most super obese people are malnourished. Either because the extra fat makes it harder to absorb the proper nutrients, or because their diets don't include the proper nutrients in the first place.

She looks positively svelte compared to how she is now, relatively speaking. Truly horrifying, but I’m convinced her decline has been exponential in the last 12 months in particular.

Also I caught some of her Valentines Day live. Her clothes when she tries to dress up are always so trashy. I mean I know it’s hard when you have to shop for tents at an outdoor store, but surely she could have a little class for once?
