Let's examine something here. We really don't think he had any prior consultations in regards to mutilation surgery, and it has been established that it can take many consultations before it is performed.

He has a litany of health "issues". Brain tumor, breast cancer, anal leakage/bleeding, whatever his back injury from the fender bender,, and I am sure I am missing some. Now if any of those were legit (well the leaky butt is I think), they would most likely automatically disqualify him for major elective surgery.

Now, we all know these claims to be false, which goes to show his mental state is seriously fucked... which would also disqualify him from this surgery.

So if a doctor ignored all those signs and did this surgery anyway, they should have their license revoked for being a quack, and given a medal for doing a service to the world.
 
I'm suspicious. Others have already brought up that he might just be taking support group images, which is a plausible explanation for the alternative source. So many troons are fat depressed men so I have no doubt there's a source for post SRS pictures from fat further depressed men which have similar looking hands to Yaniv.

He's bragging about it too which really gets me suspicious. He's definitely exhibited cunning before, amidst all the crazy tilting he does.


...that said, if this is legit, the question of how the pictures got taken leaves me with a couple of possibilities:
1) Mom.
2) Phone tripod adapter + time delay shutter.
