I was suspecting that after looking for some time, but as a pretty broad shouldered ga'l myself I didn't think I would equate those shoulders by themselves to being a man. But I guess it could be the combination of those shoulders with what looks like a cheap wig... Also, not to powerlevel but my shoulder width comes from swimming and working out a lot and maybe it's a bit more obviously genetic here.

I'd still say it's still a bit of the shoulder. If they look broad now, imagine if he didn't have them pushed forward. I hear a way to judge is that half a woman's face should be able to fit on each of her shoulders while a man's entire head should be able to fit on each of his shoulders. But as you've said, this is no answer on its own. It's not the only feature.

I'd also like to say it has something to do with the jaw. The shape of a woman's face usually curves and ends at a point where the chin is. Something keeps drawing my eyes to it. Women can have strong jaws, but they'll still have a rounder head. This man not only has a strong jaw but a more elongated oval-shaped head.

Men also have a larger forehead, the space between their eyes, and where a healthy hairline would be. If you pull their bangs back, you'll notice this. This is what gives them the more oval-shaped head.

The distance between the features of the face (in this troon's case, the eyes) seems to be more distant. As seen in the previous two women, their facial features (eyes, nose, mouth) are closer together than for men. This also contributess to the elongated face shape.

Brows also tend to rest lower on men. Giving them a look more akin to some of our neanderthal ancestors. You can argue that the women above pluck their brows. Yes, but a woman usually plucks the top of the brow (and some of the bottom to shape it out), but never focus on the bottom as that is where the base of the muscle tends to rest. It would be weird to have brows on top of your brow muscle and not on it.

Lastly, I would like to point out that smile he is making. Troons make that smile to hide their cheekbones as they are in different positions for men and women. A man's cheekbone is closer to his eyes while a woman's tends to be centered between the eyes and jaw. This smile moves the muscles upwards and outwards, disguising the position of the cheekbones.

Clockable features when combined:
- larger shoulder width (their shoulders are currently pushed forward)
- face shape (elongated)
- distance between eyes, nose, and mouth (further apart for men)
- larger forehead
- lower brow position
- higher cheekbone position (hidden by smile)

As we all know women can have some of these features, but together? The alarms start going off.

Another user on here did a post (can't remember which thread) that showed the ones who troon out early pass much better when they're still young, but as they age, their masculine features really start to show, and that a lot of them gain weight as they age (which is what happens when men have too much estrogen in their bodies). And while it's possible that HRT did stunt Nikki's height to an extent (I can easily believe he would have been 6'6" or taller if he went through natural puberty) obviously HRT can only do so much to stop your natural growth and has no effect on your skeletal structure or natural masculine features. Nature is a bitch like that.
