There are a few instances in there where you would have expected her to shut him down hard, like after the good little housewife comment but she keeps humoring him. She also knows some of his politics so obviously they were talking before this conversation.

I don't know if it definitely proves dating, but the guy had less than 10 followers from what I've heard, and one of them was Shoe. Shoe has almost half a million followers and only follows about 1400 people. One of them was this guy. At the very least he was important in some way - not some rando bothering her one day in discord.
