/r/wsb autists taking on a wallstreet hedgefund. Elon musk involved as always / wallstreetbets / gamestop - Gamergate 2: financial boogaloo

Reminder that this guy got put on the Board of Directors for GameStop right around when the coof lockdowns were instated, and it took him less than a year to put his master plan in place to crush the parasites of the US economy and rejuvenate the GameStop brand for generations to come.

His body was ready. Is yours?

Legal action or not, all the ill will Robinhood brought upon themselves is going to haunt the platform for some time for as long as they keep the brand.

Even then, we still get to see all this:

Goddamn @Null. Nigger u based.

This is a real movement where people put money where their mouth is. This is not some wall street occupy and doing jack shit.

If we lose money because wall street said nah fuk y'all not gonna play this game with us, there is only one other action and that is not going to be a pretty one.

Is that a real thing? I didn't figure stock options were a common thing for the shop floor type roles. Heart goes out to them if it is, though.
A fair number of retailers do it. It's usually something like a automatic deduction from your paycheck, with a % matched up to a certain dollar amount. Sometimes there's also discounted/covered broker fees. Not the greatest deal in the universe, but it's a minor benefit that isn't too expensive to provide.
