Those screenshots are from a couple years ago. I am not sure if Goose and Karl still interact, but if I had to guess I would think that Karl has probably cut him off so he can keep his youtube clout.
As far as him attacking the stream goes, it looks like he realized anyone bringing attention to those discord screenshots would ruin his brand, so he backed down.
