by all means offer an alternative remedy to the issue. had there been a record of affected ballots the remedy would be to throw those ballots out, as the majority agrees.

but there is no record, no logs.

Alternative remedy?
The court hands down a specific interpretation of "address" to be used earlier on, the WEC guidelines are changed to reflect what the ruling states the interpretation of the legislation should be, and clerks are expressly told what they can and can not do in the future. You could also get the court to compel an audit to find ballots which had information inserted based on handwriting, and you could attempt to use that audit's results to argue that a great number of unacceptable ballots had been factually cast.
The reason they aren't going for that line of argument? They want to throw out the ones that were legally cast, too. They want to throw out the ones that didn't have two letters or a zip code put in, and you know it, because that's what you want, too. because you know those ballots favor your opponent more.

You tried that argument - "all ballots are in question, all must be tossed," knowing full-well that Trump would get an advantage from it and most of these people would have corrected their ballot if given the chance. You are trying to invalidate the votes of thousands of Americans who did nothing wrong. And you got called out and slapped down 4-3.

So the court is right when it agrees with you, and wrong when it doesn't? Get bent.

You are correct. A random person can't just show up to cast an electoral vote. They have to be certified.

Ok so the US electoral system is absolutely retarded. Essentially when you vote for president you actually are voting for which set of electors to send to the electoral college in your state. These electors are meeting today to cast their votes and select the president.

This is pure optics to make everyone too dumb enough to look into this really believe trump won those states so they high five themselves until they inevitably turn on the news and see that it didn't actually happen that way. They will know they were lied to at some point, but will blame the wrong people.
