To my knowledge he never mentioned anything about Ralph/Killstream that I'm aware of.

I remember thinking about this question back in 2018 and the conclusion I came to was "probably" but this apparently wasn't based on anything but intuition and name similarity.

I've become less sure over the years as the Randbot of killstream fame seems far more consistently volatile than what I remember of SS's randbot's posting.
